Homeschool: Desert Animal Habitat

Continuing from yesterday's post about animal habitats....
Here is our desert habitat we made for snakes (yes, they are rubber snakes. No real creepy crawlies allowed in this house! LOL).

*Our subject of study was about animals in the African savanna and/or desert.

Desert Habitat

Desert Habitat: Container (glass or plastic), small cactus or succulent (I purchased ours at Home Depot), rocks (Dollar Store) and your choice of a desert animal (we chose snakes).

Add succulent or cactus to he container and surround with rocks. Place desert animal inside it's new habitat! That's it : )
